Really good Riverfront Experience

The hotel has parking available. It costs 37€ daily. The hotel staff takes the car to a nearby garage. I enjoyed the location next to the river. I had a nice view from my room and I recommend requesting a river view room.

The air conditioning unit created too much noise at night. I also think the fridge should have more items available for purchase. Basic items like a toothbrush and toothpaste are missing from the toiletries.

Amazing Stay near Ponte Vecchio!

This location is awesome as a tourist! The main attractions are only a few steps away. The hotel itself is very elegant with a real Italian atmosphere. Modern amenities are available in the rooms. Breakfast had very many food and beverage options. The breakfast room is classy!

The minibar only had three small bottles of water. Once used, they are not replaced.

the location was amazing for exploring. it was so easy to walk to all the main attractions. the breakfast offered a great selection each morning and was delicious. i found the front desk staff quite helpful with directions.

the air conditioning was quite noisy. i also found the pillows a bit too hard for my liking. the minibar only had a few bottles of water and they were not replaced daily.

The location near the river was convenient. I found several restaurants nearby. Breakfast had many choices and the room was very clean. Staff was pleasant and answered my questions.

The bathroom was a bit small. The fridge had only water, not even the option to pay for other items. The noise from the air conditioning was constant at night.. it bothered my sleep.

the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, it affected my sleep. adjusting the temperature also proved to be a difficult task. i found this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
